Andrew's previous Industry experience comprises five years as MD of a franchised motor dealership. In 2006, Andrew negotiated and completed the Trade Sale of the company. Andrew's Financial Services experience encompasses over two years as Corporate Finance Manager with Whitebridge Capital and subsequently Ernst & Young. In 2009, he incorporated Auction Xchange.

Andrew is a Chartered Management Accountant. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from University College Dublin. He has achieved the Professional   Diploma in Financial Advice (QFA). Andrew is a Licensed Auctioneer.

Declan O'Shea - Operations Manager

Declan's prior experience comprises in excess of 10 years in the role of Logistics & Operations Manager for a Multinational Shipping Fleet & Port operator.

Declan is currently completing the IIPMM's Certificate in Purchasing Fundamentals
