CASHLESS - Auction Xchange requires all bids, transactions & payments to be submitted directly by yourself via your online device (smartphone; tablet; laptop, etc.) Auction Xchange is Cashless - No Cash is accepted in-store & Cheques are NOT accepted. Payment is accepted online by bank card.

Premises Temperature - onsite Lots are available for viewing but please note this is NOT a retail outlet and as such the loading bay & warehouse shutter doors make it impossible to heat the building, therefore be sure to wrap up based on outside temperatures if you are planning to visit the premises.

Child Policy - this is  NOT a retail shop and as such unfortunately children (under 16yrs) are not permitted onsite due to insurance restrictions.
